Display Value stored for MLOV rather than LIC
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Columns SR_AREA, SR_SUB_AREA, SR_STAT_ID, TYPE_CD in table S_SRV_REQ are configured with Transaction Table Name,
2. LOV Type and LOV Bounded
3. configured multiple MLOV's as per the document - Configuring Siebel Business Applications > Configuring a Multilingual List of Values.
