Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11 [IP2013] version, Comms Server & Email Response

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users are getting auto-response for 80 mailboxes, where only 20 mailboxes are configured in driver profiles.

Customer has defined only 20 email communication profiles, but they are receiving response from 80 mailboxes.

So where are these other 60 mailboxes configured that are sending auto-acknowledgement emails from Siebel?

Basically, Customer is getting auto-response for 80 mailboxes, where only 20 are configured in driver profiles

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All 80 profiles should be defined to be tracked


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send email to 80 mailboxes
2. Received auto-response from 80 mailboxes
3. Only 20 communications profiles are configured in Siebel

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find the rest of the 60 mailboxes configured
