Gatewayサーバープロセスによる大量のメモリ使用

Siebel Gatewayサービスが非常に多くのメモリ（約1.8 GB程度）を使用しました。
以下はログファイル上のエラーです。

NameSrvr_01.log:

DBCLog DBCLogError 1 0046d58a58041134:0 2016-10-20 09:44:47 Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 8: Not enough storage is available to process this command. (Siebel Oracle90 D:/sea81/siebsrvr, D:\sea81\siebsrvr\bin\seor825.dll).

GenericLog GenericError 1 0046d58a58041134:0 2016-10-20 09:44:47 (secmgr.cpp (2773) err=4597538 sys=0) SBL-SEC-10018: 指定されたドライバはシステム エラー 8: Not enough storage is available to process this command. (Siebel Oracle90 D:/sea81/siebsrvr, D:\sea81\siebsrvr\bin\seor825.dll) のため読み込めませんでした。

- Perfmonは、GTWY サービスの PIDが大量のメモリ[約1.8 GB]を使用していることを示しています。

- LeaktrackによるGTWYサービスプロセスのダンプは、orannzsbb12 dll [Version: 12.1.0.2.0 ]に対して、もっとも多くのリソースが割り当てられていることを示しています。
