ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 records are disappearing from the List applet. Only a re-query on the applet/refresh of the page will display the records again.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

the rest of the records are appearing from the List applet. Only a re-query on the applet/refresh of the page will display the records again.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under Subjects screen (or Protocol Sites -> Subjects sub view) we have the Subjects List (Clinical Subject List Applet, BC – Clinical Subject).
2. When we create a new Subject /update an existing subject records in the list applet which includes a modification in the ‘Withdrawn Reason’ field and save
3. the rest of the records are disappearing from the List applet. Only a re-query on the applet/refresh of the page will display the records again.

Due to this issue, users cannot see records untill refresh
