Correspondence Templates Not Visible In Pick Applet

On : 16.8 [IP2016] version
When the customer try to create a new correspondence and wants to select a template from pick applet the pop-up opened is empty
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Correspondence Screen
2. Create a new record
3. Click on Template field to select a template
