Able To Receive Emails Into An Inactive Siebel Email Profile (Doc ID 2330613.1)

Customer has removed one of the Siebel Email Profile From Response Groups and Bounced the Corresponding Server's Email Components on 26th Oct 2017.
But, They are still able to receive few Email-Inbound in Siebel. The Receiving Profile Address remains the same but the receiving Profile Name is null for those activities.
Could you please let us know how we can completely detach this profile from Siebel.
Please note that the Profile has not been removed from Communication Drivers and Profiles -> Internet SMTP/POP3 Server
