After Enable JavaScriptLogLevel In CTI Communications Configuration the DEBUG Information Does Not Show Up In Browser Console (Doc ID 2330929.1)

After upgrade to Siebel Innovation Pack 2016 the CTI Toolbar debug information does not show up anymore in browser console.

The parameter JavaScriptLogLevel=4 has been set in Site Map>Administration - Communications>All Configurations. 

In IP 2015 this Communications Configuration parameter works fine and we can see debug information on browser console. (F12 hot key for Internet Explorer, CTRL+SHIFT+I for Chrome and Firefox).

The missing debug information make more difficult to troubleshoot Siebel CTI Toolbar issues.
