Functionality Is Not Working As Expexted For Activity Type CSAT Survey (Doc ID 2331175.1)

functionality is getting failed for one activity type “CSat Survey”

functionality should not be failed for one activity type “CSat Survey”

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When the SR status is closed by a User (SR owner), the activities under the SR which is assigned to the same user are also getting updated as ‘Closed’.

2. If there is any open Activity under the same SR and assigned to different user, then the SR status will remain ‘Open’ and the SR will be assigned to the Activity Owner, which is ‘Open’.
