Loading Data Into Siebel Via COM Utility (Doc ID 2331829.1)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The Account and address changes from the external system are loaded in to Siebel through COM Process (Batch Utility data load). Customer were facing some issues due to which the data did not load into Siebel. As an alternative as a fix it was suggested to clone the existing BC since there is a field discrepancy between the external system Field mapping sheet and Siebel BC Fields

2. So Customer tried to created these three fields in the existing Contact BC and used this BC in the COM utility tool, as a result the records got successfully loaded into Siebel DB but the same is not reflected in UI. Customer tried to do this by inserting a record as well as updating the existing record. the result were same for both the cases, where the changes were not
