How to Resolve IP 2017 Enterprise Profile Deployment Failure

How to resolve Enterprise Profile Deployment Failure during installing IP2017 as a new installation on a single-box environment?
Instructions followed as per screenshots in document "Install & Configure Advisor: Siebel Innovation Pack 2017 (17.0) (Doc ID 2277538.2)".
When it comes to deploying the enterprise profile (p60 in your doc), the deployment would fail (red symbol in the UI).
Details in gtwysrvr/log/srvrcfg.log, indicate some authentication failure, but not exactly what is failing:
