Error When Try To Login To Web Client "iexplore.exe" Browser Session is Still Open

On : 15.16 [IP2015] version, Remote / Replication / Anywhere

When attempting to login after logout to local application
the following error occurs.

"iexplore.exe session is already opened. Please close the browser session".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch mobile applictaion
2. Logout
3. Login

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login again
