DISA Java JVM Errors during Startup of Windows Client Machine: JNI Error, Java Exception

On :  16.6 [IP2016] version, Installation

During rebooting of DISA after installation of DISA, JVM error is occurring.

However, users are able to start DISA up manually. Issue seem to occur during reboot only.

Title: Java Virtual Machine Launcher
Error: A JNI error has occurred, please check your installation and try again.

Title: Java Virtual Machine Launcher
A Java Exception has occurred.

Install Java.
Reboot client machine.
When Windows load, JVM error occurs during DISA executing.


This is causing errors during startup and require users to manually start DISA.
