Goal

Requirement:
- Create a clickable URL in a form applet, i.e. a control which is based on a field containing a regular URL (e.g. www.oracle.com) and which opens the website for that URL in a new browser window when clicked on
- This was possible in IP2013, and there are some hints in documentation, but nothing seems to work for IP2016.

How to create clickable URL in form applet?
Is there a special workaround required for controls with HTML type URL?
