IP17 Not Coming Up Post Upgrade (Doc ID 2335114.1)

On : 17.0 [IP2017] version, Configuration - General

We have completed the upgrade and IP17 was up and running.

We made some changes and delivered and tested as well. But now, the application isn't coming up and is giving the attached error message.

We have the below issue where browser script isn't getting generated and possibly this can also be an issue.

Application should come up

The issue is specific to customer env.
