Merge Functionality Is Not Working For Intersection Table (Doc ID 2335752.1)

Merge functionality is not working for Intersection table

While merging two contact it is not doing anything to custom Intersection table i. CX_AGREE_CON.
Changed the related between Contact to Agreement from 1:M to M:M using intersection table CX_AGREE_CON. The same has been update in Contact BO.
Then when trying to merge, it is no doing any change in the inter table leaving the record orphan.

Merge should not leave the intersection table orphan.

1. Chose 2 Contacts that have at least one Oppty associated in "Opportunity List Applet"
2. In "Contact List Applet" select the 2 contacts and merge them

#2. The contacts are merged, but the Opportunities are kept only from the parent Contact ( the one the merge was done into )
