How to Troubleshoot eLoyalty Processing Engine – Batch Component Not Processing All Queued Transactions

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When starting eLoyalty Processing Engine – Batch component, all Queued Transactions selected based on the Loyalty Business Components Search Specification should be processed.
If you start to see that the component is online however, Transactions are not being processed, try following the troubleshoot steps below.
