Campaign Load Does Not Load Any Records

On : 16.14 [IP2016] version, Siebel Marketing
After setting up the Campaign with the Segment, allocation counts 8 records. However, after load is completed no data is displayed in Campaigns > Execute > All Contacts & Prospects view.
STEPS to reproduce the issue
1. Set up the Campaign with the Segment that counts 8 records
2. In the Campaign Allocation View tab, confirm that there are 8 counts allocated
3. Load it
4. Go to Campaigns > Execute > All Contacts & Prospects view and see that there are no records.
A Custom Subject Area has been created using a custom table/custom joins in the RPD
