Symptoms
When attempting to open Tools during IRM execution , after the pause and backup, the following error occurs.

"Workspace config does not exist for the given workspace name.(SBL-DAT-60313)"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run upgrep , take stats in the pause
2. while opening the tools the error occurs
