Siebel Business Service Using Incorrect Report Template On Remote (Doc ID 2338339.1)

Symptoms

On : 16.12 [IP2016] version, Reports

Siebel Business Service is using incorrect Report template on Remote client. The Business Service is called via a workflow, and this behavior can be reproduced using the business service simulator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use the Business Service "XMLP Driver Service" and method "GenerateReport" to generate BIP reports for remote users when connected to the local XE database.

2. Create inputs according to the Doc ID 1470205.1: Workflow Input Parameters for 8.1.1.7

3. Test the Report execution in the Business Service Simulator. When reviewing the generated document it could be observed that wrong template was used. Also the issue can be observed in the siebel.log and xdo.log
