In-Eligible Hidden Products Become Visible When Navigating To Another Tab In Configurator Page. (Doc ID 2338822.1)

On : [23021] version, Order Management

In-Eligible product which were made Hidden ,visible on going from one Tab to another in configurator with EligibilityDisplayMode=2



1) Create 3 simple products Mur1, Mur2 and Mur3 and set eligibility flag to True
For Mur2 set the inclusive eligibility to True as well

2) Create a CP "Mur_Root1" and add the above 3 products .

3) Create UI and add Mur1 an Mur2 to 1 tab and Mur3 to tab2

4) Create the Eligibility Matrices as below

Name = Mur_Root1
Type = Available
Account Type = Residential

Name = Mur1
Type = Available
Account Type = Residential

Name = Mur3
Type = Available
Account Type = Residential

Name = Mur2
Type = Not Available
Account Type = Residential

5) Set the EligibilityDisplayMode = 2 at the component level

6) Create a new Account of Type Residential. and create a new order

7) In the line item. select the root product, and launch the configurator,.

The "Mur2" shows up. Which should not.

Followed the document 1576035.1 and applied the changes

Additional Configuration Changes:

1) Ensure that Eligibility Display Mode parameter is to 2 for the correct Object Manager This is the correct entry if the incompatible products needs to be removed from the UI:

2) Revise "Product Eligibility & Compatibility - Default":
a. Set the following Process Property “Display Mode”
i. Type as In/Out parameter
ii. No Default Value

3) Revise “Configurator Eligibility Compatibility Workflow”
a. For the Step “ E&C Workflow” , set the input parameter “Display Mode”
i. Type as Literal
ii. Value = 1

After that try the Test case

Result The product Mur2 is not visible. Add Mur1 and now you can see Mur2 visible.
