On : 17.3 [IP2017] version, Configuration - Dev Env

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
If the developer uses the Web Template Items applet to query for a subset of records and returns to the Editor, the Editor does not load correctly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Web Editor should display correctly if any Web Template Items have been queried

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Tools
2. Create a workspace > Open the workspace
3. Query for LOY Member Form applet > Modify one or two Web Template Items
4. Query for the Modified web template items
5. Click the Applet Web Template and click the Pencil icon to the Editor
6. Notice the Editor only displays the queried web template items
