the "A.jpg" file can't be upload into the system and system can't create a record

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. attachment view of the activity, uploading a "A.jpg" file
2. Then delete the "A.jpg" record
3. try to upload the "A.jpg" file again,
