ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to set skip flag for random baseline records in Siebel sales volume planning screen

The customer is facing one issue related to skip flag in product baseline applet in sales volume planning screen. For e..g. Account is TEST1, and SKU is 999999999.

There are period records for 2017 and 2018. Skip flag is working fine till Feb 2018 periods. but from May onwards,when user set skip flag , it is ticked but when stepping off record or save records explicitly. It disappears.

Strange thing is when skip/unskip all button is used., all records get skipped and unskipped properly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected behaviour is that all records should be able to be skipped and unskipped

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SVP screen, select a product in the bottom applet
2. Select the skip flag
3. Re-query
4. Try and uncheck the skip flag
5. When the record is stepped off, the checkbox reverts back

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot uncheck product records
