Issues With Business Services After Upgrade

Symptoms

On : 17.2 [IP2017] version, Upgrade

When attempting to click on any functionality in the application that uses a business service, the following errors occurs:
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
1) SBL-UIF-00299: Wrong field values or value types detected in field Løyvenr.. Please re-enter your field values. If you need additional assistance, please refer to the documentation.
2) SBL-DAT-00227: Unable to create the Business Service 'R Claim Verification'
3) SBL-DAT-00144: Could not find 'Class' named 'R Claim Verification'. This object is inactive or nonexistent.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. upgrade from 8.1.1.14 to IP17.2
2. login to application
3. above error is raised
