On : 16.0 [IP2016] version, Siebel EAI

A managed JCA Resource adapter deployed at IBM Websphere requires a larger connection pool than in previous Siebel versions and eventually hangs during heavy load at JAVA.UTIL.VECTORJAVA.UTIL.VECTOR AVA.UTIL.VECTOR JAVA.UTIL.VECTOR

Due to this issue, users are forced to restart the websphere app and the EAI component in production every 12hours .
