Snooze Field Doesn't Change Its Value

When an alarm pops up, in the snooze field appears the default snooze time from the User Preference settings.
When users try to select a new value and step off the fields, it returns to the previous value.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Call Center.
2. Go to Calendar and create a new Alarm.
3. In the pop up Alarm, change the Snooze from 15 minutes to any other value.
4. Click in the pop up.
5. Move from one alarm to the next one.
