LOY Redemption Web Service Method GetPriceOptions Is Not Giving Correct Points In Response (Doc ID 2343849.1)

LOY Redemption Web Service: Method "GetPriceOptions" is not giving correct Points
After executing in Soap UI where two promotions are getting satisfied, in Response consolidated points value is not seen instead able to see points related to only one promotion.

LOY Redemption Services GetPriceOptions should fetch consolidated promotion redemption item points under LoyPriceOptions in Soap response


The issue can be reproduced by following these steps:


1. Create 2 basic redemption Promotions
2. Configured point setup for a product by navigating to Loyalty Products>>Points
3. Generated Redemption webservice wsdl and tested in Soap ui for operation GetPriceOptions by providing required inputs
4. In Response can see two redemption items fetched with points, satisfying two basic redemption promotions which we have created in step 1
5. But in response it is fetched only single redemption item value for LoyPriceOptions rather it should show consolidated points value of both redemption item values
