Assignment Manager Feature To Copy Additional Attributes For Employee Based Assigned Objects

Currently, Siebel Assignment Manager has feature to Copy Additional Columns to the Team Table (denorm column values to team tables for position based objects), documented here:
Siebel Bookshelf > Siebel Assignment Administration Guide > Advanced Siebel Assignment Manager Configuration > Configuring Assignment Objects to Copy Additional Columns to the Team Table
This is only available for Position based object like Account, Opportunity, Contact, etc.
However, such a feature is not available for Employee based objects such as Service Request, Activity, etc.
How would it be possible to set the employee's role on an Incident record during assignment while using Siebel Assignment Manager?
