Workspace Delivery is slow
Workspace delivery should be fast
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Made a small change in Contact Form applet
2. Activated the applet web template item.
3.Checkpointed and delivered.
4. To deliver a very minor change on Contact Form Applet , it has taken 320secs..
