Pick Applet displayed only at 1ST time. (Doc ID 2345608.1)

Symptoms

In the Pick List field that set to Bounded. Entering data that displays one record in Pick Applet, because data is filtered by Search Specification of Pick Applet.
Then, Pick Applet is displayed with only one record. Close the Pick Applet by clicking Cancel button. After that, enter the same data, Pick Applet will not be displayed.
