Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.14.7 [IP2014] version, Siebel Marketing / OBIEE 11.1.1.9

Editing nested segment error out.

An error occurred while retrieving the definition of the nested segment

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Edit Segment
2. Try to edit a nested segment
Error is thrown.
