Unable to add the Case Report Forms Tracking records in Trip Report.
Step#1. Navigate to Site Management-->Site Visits-->Trip Report--> Case Report Forms Tracking Tab
Step#2. Click "Add Scheduled" or "Add Unscheduled" buttons.
Step#3. Select CRF Records.
Step#4. Click on OK to add the CRF Records to Trip Report.
When we clicked OK at @Step#4, the expected behaviour is, application should add the CRF Records to Trip Report, but it is not working.
