Outbound Web Service with Java Container on AIX waits timeout (Doc ID 2348090.1)

Symptoms

 There is connectionTimeout parameter in server.xml in Java Container. The default value is 20 seconds. When Siebel server is on AIX and an outbound web service is invoked from the Siebel server via JavaContainer, it waits 20 seconds even though the response message returns immediately. If you increase the connectionTimeout to 80000 (80 seconds), the outbound web service will be completed after 80 seconds. This issue does not occur with Siebel server on Windows server.
