Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
In partner portal application thread bar gets displayed twice in separate lines. Issue can be replicate in both in Vanilla and Custom SRF.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Thread bar should be displayed only once.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Siebel Partner Portal dedicated client.
2. Go to Sitemap - Activities.
