IP2017 DB Config Wizard error

Siebel CRM - Version 17.0 [IP2017] and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.


When attempting to install the database schema of IP2017, the following error occurs.

In ddl_ctl.log file under the path [SIEBEL_ROOT]\siebsrvr\log\install\output

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Siebel Enterprise Components (Gateway, Siebel Server, Database Configuration etc..)
2. Install AI
3. Run Database Configuration Wizard
