Unable to Select the Value "To Do" from the Dropdown List of Values (Doc ID 2349456.1)

On : [IP2014] version, Client Functionality

Users cannot select the "To Do" value from the available list of values.

The value "To Do" should be visible to the user.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ensure that for LOV type TODO_TYPE and “Parent LIC” = “General”, the “Display Value” = “To Do” is set to active.
2. The value "To Do" cannot be selected in the activities applet on the Protocol/Activities view.
3. Although it is listed as an available value, when user clicks on it to select the value "To Do" cannot be effectively selected.  All other values can be selected without any problem.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select the activities of type "To Do"
