On : 15.18 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
UPT is not saving the records in to a csv when the timeout method is invoked

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
UPT saves records to the csv when logout is invoked, this should also occur for timeout

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the application
2. Navigate through the application creating < the number of records in 'UPT Max Record Count' system preference
3. Wait until the application times out
4. The csv file is not updated with the UPT records created before the timeout

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the administrators cannot see the events that were invoked.
