BHD Not Starting After Installation On HP UX

On : 16.14 [IP2016] version, Email Marketing Server

After successful installation of BHD on HP UX, it appears as service is not starting and bhd.log is not getting generated.

After resolving log generation the following errors were seen in the log and service was not starting:

2017-12-03 12:19:59,815 [main] INFO SMTPDaemon Listening on port :25
2017-12-03 12:19:59,815 [main] INFO SMTPDaemon Backlog is :0
2017-12-03 12:19:59,817 [main] WARN SMTPDaemon Failed to start server socket Permission denied (errno:13)


BHD service should start and bhd log should be generated

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install BHD as documented in bookshelf : Siebel Marketing Installation and Administration Guide > Installing and Configuring Email Marketing >Process of Configuring the Bounce Handler Daemon
2. Check bhd service and bhd log

The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, bhd daemon not working and responses cannot be tracked
