HTTP 404 ERROR WHEN DOUBLE CLICKING ON THE SIEBEL REPOSITORY IN WORKSPACE

when double clicking on the Siebel repository in Workspace Version List Applet,
the following error occurs.
HTTP Status 404 – Not Found
Type Status Report
Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log into Siebel Application
2) Click on the Workspace Dashboard (cube) icon at the top-right corner of the window
3) The Workspace dashboard appears.
4) Double click on the repository in Workspace Version List Applet (central applet showed in the screen).
