Symptoms

When attempting to, use Inspect functionality, users are getting an error.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create a new workspace
2. Change caption for a control on "Account Home Search Virtual Form Applet"
3. Using the Client, open the workspace from the WS Explorer
4. Press the Inspect button and navigate to the view containing the changed object
5. Error is seen
