POP3 Mails Are Not Getting Deleted After Processing By CIR.

Issue is appearing for specific mailbox. Emails are not getting deleted from mailbox after processing by CIR.
Is there any setting in Siebel which we would need to set explicitly in order to delete the e-mails on the mailserver?
