On : 16.18 [IP2016] version, Comms Server & Email Response

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Send email functionality (using F9) not working with Mozilla (Firefox) browser

When user send email by using F9 functionality, recipient is receiving email without email body text.
This happens when user is logged in using Mozilla Firefox and it works fine with IE.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Recipient should receive a email with complete text.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login to Siebel using mozilla firefox.
2) Click on shortcut F9 to send notification.
3) Siebel displays the pop-up window “Send Email”.
4) Enter the recipient email address in To field
5) Fill the field “Message Body” by Notification content.
6) click on button “Send”.
