Goal
1) Why does the Outbound REST Service call generate an Auth error (Error: [RESTOutbound] UserName/Password and Auth Token is Empty for Authorization-Type : Basic), When Authorization is not being used?
2) How can Basic Auth be configured for outbound REST service calls?
3) How to increase logging for the siebeljbs.log on the Config Agent? This information is not found in the IP17 Bookshelf guide, please clarify how the logging can be increased and/or where it is documented?
