Extra Line Breaks Appended at the End of Email Body (Doc ID 2353881.1)

On : 15.17 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality

Siebel Communication response: pick html template: extra line breaks after the text in Email Body

Customer is using Siebel IP2015 PS17
If user select the html templates (Greeting, Body, Closing) and insert the text, 1 or two line breaks will be inserted at the end of the text.
But all the templates contain no white line in beginning nor end. If we type a text in this new line, it will not get any font and size and it will in outlook in other font and size displayed.

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Login to the application
2. Create some HTML body templates
3. Use the same html template with F9, two extra line breaks are noticed at the end
