New Line In Data Is Not Taking In Open UI; Error Out SBL-UIF-00299 When Opening (Doc ID 2354022.1)

On : 15.10 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality

New line in data is not taking in open UI; error out when opening

In Personal Address BC, Street Address field, we have data with new line.
for ex: 3 Archives Dr
  Suite 180
In Open UI, if we select the street address field, which has address in the above mentioned format WITH NEW LINE data, its throwing error SBL-UIF-00299.
After clicking OK on the error, the data is being auto updated to remove new line and shows up. But in our custom application, we restrict users to update this Address field.

System is continuously trying to update the data to remove the new line. We have lot of data which has this new line and all such records are getting error when we select the field. Please let us know why the Open UI is causing issue when the data has new line and how to overcome this issue.
