Campaign Load not happening using- Schedule tab- Campaign Load activity

Customer is using campaign schedule view to create a campaign load activity to trigger campaign loads.
It stopped working from day before yesterday(before it was working fine). But the same is working fine in SIT( the code base in SIT and UAT is same)
They took the log from both the environments and found that the Campaign Execution business service which triggers the campaign load is not happening in UAT but the same is present in SIT logs.
Another thing which is happening in SIT is even after the load is complete the campaign load activity created is still in Open status. It is not getting updated to completed/closed

The request has not gone to marketing workflow process manager in UAT

 Campaign Execution business service which triggers the campaign load should be running in UAT as well

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Siebel
2. Navigate to campaign schedule view
3. Trigger a campaign load.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run a campaign load.
