Catalog issue. Clicking on a Subcategory of a Category does not work in IP2013 (8.1.1.13). Focus goes to first Subcategory

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A Catalog can have multiple Categories and each Categories can have multiple sub-categories. In IP2013, click on the subcategory does not work properly as focus always goes to the first subcategory in the list. Clicking on the parent Category of a Catalog seems to work fine, as issue is only with the subcategory. However, it seems to work if you click on the Expand/Collapse icon next to the subcategory name.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Clicking on the subcategory should not change focus to the first subcategory. It should remain in focus and either show more subcategories or the products associated to it.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Create a Catalog and similar to the following:

Catalog
Category1
|- Subcategory1
|-- Subcategory1Child1
|-- Subcategory1Child2
|- Subcategory2
|-- Subcategory2Child1
|-- Subcategory2Child2
Category2

2. Click on Subcategory2. Notice that focus goes to Subcategory1 instead. This is the issue.

3. If you click on the Expand/Collapse icon next to Subcategory2, it works fine.



BUSINESS IMPACT
