Context Is Getting Lost And Blank Order Appears For Follow On Order

Context is getting lost and blank view appears when a follow on Order is created.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query the account, navigated to account summary view.
2. Drilldown on order with status = Open and navigate to order screen.
3. Go to Line Items and click on Modify
4. Order created,but context is lost and blank screen is displayed
Note: At the back-end the order gets created.
