On : 16.18 [IP2016] version, Client Functionality

When attempting to add records, the following error occurs due to junk characters in audit trail

Could not find length-type delimiter at index 2*C19*X_LOY_AMT2*N12*112*O11*0S in data '30'.(SBL-DAT-60172)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a record that updates audit trail and includes a junk/special/non English character
2. Error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the application due to the error message.
