Symptoms

On : 15.8 [IP2015] version, Siebel Workflow

Images in Template item not showing in email

STEPS

  1. Go to Administration - Communications Screen - All Templates View
  2. Create new template and add template item.Template item should be html with images and text
  3. Open the saved template item file,save the file,File opens in new browser window
  4. Ctrl+s to save the file,Select save type as 'WebPage complete'.
  5. Edit the text in the file and attach the file again to the Template Items view
  6. Send Email Notification , selecting the template created.
  7. Email is sent but the attachment does not consist of images it only contains text.
